Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Definitions:

• Air Purifier Life-time: 8 years.
• Free Life-time maintenance: NIL cost of HEPA replacement filter after completion of HEPA filter life.
• HEPA filter life: 2 years (Note - The life of 2 years is projected for usage under standard conditions only. Actual HEPA filter life is dependent on the location of product usage & the usage behaviour.)
• Successful Product Registration: Product registration with Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd. for every new air purifier (MC40XVM6/MC55XVM6).

2. Free Lifetime* Filter Offer

• The offer can be availed on a new Air purifier purchase done only after 1^st September 2022.
• Customers need to register their product, within 45 days of purchasing, in any of following ways:
  • Visit https://www.daikinairpurifier.co.in/product-registration and successfully submit all required information. An email will be sent to customer by Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt Ltd. or its appointed agency.
  • Share all required information as mentioned on https://www.daikinairpurifier.co.in/product-registration and email it on customerservice@daikinindia.com with subject mentioned as "Air Purifier Product Registration".

3. HEPA Filter Replacement

• Customer is eligible to request HEPA filter replacement as per following schedule:
  • Replacement HEPA Filter: Between 24 – 36 months of registration date.
  • Replacement HEPA Filter: Between 48 – 60 months of registration date.
  • Replacement HEPA Filter: Between 72 – 84 months of registration date.
• If customer wish to replace HEPA filter anytime between the above stated duration, the same can be done on chargeable basis. The details of the charges for the same can be checked from Daikin customer care.
• Replacement filter will be sent as per customer request only, which can be made through Daikin Call-Centre or email to customerservice@daikinindia.com mentioning the request of additional filter.
• Important Note: The “Free Filter for Life” is a sales offer and it only covers the quantity of replacement HEPA filters that can be issued to the eligible customers in a specific time schedule given in “terms & conditions”. This offer is not a “filter performance guarantee” and is not applicable to customers who have not completed registration as stated in the terms & conditions. In any circumstances, replacement HEPA filters cannot be issued outside the time schedule stated in “terms & conditions” and quantity as mentioned in the same.
